Driving site to site gives the traveler a chance to see the place in between, enjoy local culture and see the Ethiopian that exists outside of these incredible historic sites

Day 1. Addis Ababa
On arrival one of FETT guides will wait you at airport and to accompany to hotel. Then visit national museum which is the home of “Lucy”, Mount Entoto and market places. Overnight Addis Ababa

Day 2. Addis Ababa – Dejen
In the morning drive to Dejen on the way visit the 13th century of Debre Libanos monastery and stop over the Blue Nile gorge. Overnight Dejen

Day 3. Dejen – Bahir Dar
After breakfast drive to Bahir Dar, on rout visit the market places and small towns. Overnight Bahir Dar

Day 4. Bahir Dar
After breakfast take a boat trip on Lake Tana which is the largest lake in Ethiopia, to visit the Iceland monasteries and hippopotamus. Overnight Bahir Dar

Day 5. Bahir Dar – Gondar
In the morning drive to Gondar, the journey takes travelers some 200 km through the Ethiopian countryside & mountains, after lunch visit the royal enclosure of Fasile Ghebbi & Fasile Bath. Overnight Hotel at Gondar
